How do I edit my profile or add more photos?
Go to the Profile tab and tap your photo or the "View Premium" / edit area to open editing. You can add up to 5 photos, write a bio, answer personality prompts, and set your preferences. A complete profile (more photos especially) gets you better matches — the app will show you a completion percentage with a nudge if you're missing pieces.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone — all of your profile data, matches, and messages are removed.
I'm not seeing any new pairs to vote on in the Arena. Why?
CupidCrowd is currently in a soft launch limited to specific cities (see the app for current coverage). You'll also only see pairs of other nearby members within your set match distance — as more people join in your area, more pairs will appear. Try expanding your max distance in Profile Settings, or pull down to refresh the Arena.
How does matching actually work?
CupidCrowd doesn't use swiping. Instead, the community votes on proposed pairs in the Arena. Each pair gets a 12-hour voting window — if more than 70% of votes are "yes," chat unlocks automatically. If the vote doesn't pass, both people can still tap "I'm Still Interested" after the window closes to connect anyway.

How do I report or block someone?
Open their profile or your chat with them, tap the flag/menu icon, and choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed by our safety team, and urgent categories are escalated immediately.
What is Date SOS?
Set an emergency contact in Profile → Settings → Safety & Privacy. From any chat, a single tap sends your emergency contact your real-time location, your date's name, and a map link — no typing required.
